For the apartments 1 and 4 the costs for the final cleaning are € 55.- to € 65,- one-time
For the apartments 2 and 3 the costs for the final cleaning are € 70,-to € 80,- one-time
Visitor's tax

You are reaching the depot as well as the valley terminal of the Schönjochbahn and the slopes stress-free in the underground through an adventure passage from the car park (which you reach within a few minutes by foot).

Booking/Inquiry
General Information
Arrival and departure
The apartment is available from 3 pm and for the departure day we ask you to leave the apartment until 9.30 am.
Parking lots
can be find directly at our house.
Reservation
After arrival of your advance payment the apartment is firmly reserved for you. We ask you to pay the remaining invoice amount in cash 1-2 days before the departure.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Cancellation conditions
The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months at the latest before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
-40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
To save costs we recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance to be prepared for unexpected situation. In case of a cancellation the "Österreichische Hotelreglement" is valid.
